The company is expanding its onsite supervision team in Dubai.
Role Overview
Lead, plan, and deliver landscape and swimming pool works from design coordination through execution, handover, and maintenance.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards.
Project Delivery
- Lead landscape and swimming pool packages across multiple live projects from design development through construction, handover, defects liability, and maintenance.
- Coordinate design reviews with consultants, architects, and MEP teams for buildability, cost, and compliance.
- Manage project programmes, resource plans, and procurement schedules.
Construction and Technical Management
- Oversee site teams, contractors, and subcontractors against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage technical submittals, material approvals, and shop drawing reviews for hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and swimming pool systems.
