The Project Director leads major infrastructure projects from planning and mobilization through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
The role provides strategic and operational leadership across civil, infrastructure, and associated construction works.
Project leadership
- Take overall responsibility for successful project delivery.
- Establish execution strategies, objectives, priorities, delivery plans, and project organization structures.
- Lead the project management team and provide direction to all departments.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
Construction and technical management
- Oversee roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, earthworks, ground improvement, piling, shoring, marine, external, and associated civil works.
