- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with RESTful APIs, relational/NoSQL databases, and Git
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
- Previous experience in a senior or lead engineering role

Overview
- We are building a white label digital onboarding platform.
- You will work across a modern, cloud native stack: a Vue/Nuxt frontend, Java 21 / Spring Boot microservices built on hexagonal architecture, and an integration layer connecting to government systems.
- We're looking for a versatile engineer comfortable moving between frontend, backend, and integration work, who cares about clean architecture, security, and maintainable code.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Software Development, with experience building and maintaining enterprise grade applications.
- Advanced Programming skills in Java, including object oriented design and best coding practices.
- Hands on experience with Microservices and distributed system architectures.
- Proficiency with the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security) for backend services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, relational and/or NoSQL databases, and version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on site team environment, with strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead engineering role, mentoring other engineers and contributing to technical decisions.
