IT Project Manager role supporting Qatar operations.
The role focuses on managing IT projects in banking and financial services.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- PMI project management certification required.
- At least 8 years of experience managing IT projects in banking and financial services required.
- MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
- Training courses or certification in systems technology, management, and banking are a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and financial management skills.
- Self-driven approach with leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to learn and adapt.
Joining Timeline
- Expected joining timeframe is within 2 weeks, with a maximum of 1 month.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects for banking and financial services operations.
- Manage and coordinate project stakeholders.
