Job Summary
Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and day-to-day technology operations across the organization.
Maintain reliable and secure IT systems while providing advanced technical support and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints, user accounts, access, and IT assets.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and endpoint environments.
- Support backup, recovery, data protection, business continuity, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues and support cybersecurity and vulnerability management.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding, technical documentation, IT vendors, software licensing, and cost optimization.
- Support technology evaluations, implementations, system upgrades, IT projects, and digital workplace solutions.
- Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support for critical incidents and planned activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of relevant IT infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a senior, supervisory, technical lead, or similar capacity.
