Job Summary
Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and day-to-day technology operations across the organization.
Maintain reliable and secure IT systems, provide advanced technical support, manage Microsoft technologies, coordinate vendors, and improve IT operations.
Infrastructure and Support
- Manage networks, servers, endpoints, related systems, user accounts, access, and IT assets.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Azure, Active Directory, and Endpoint Management environments.
- Troubleshoot complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues and monitor system performance, availability, security, and infrastructure health.
- Support backup, recovery, data protection, and business continuity processes.
Security and Service Management
- Support cybersecurity, vulnerability management, access controls, information security practices, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, devices, and access.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, asset records, and IT knowledge resources.
- Manage vendors, software providers, hardware suppliers, service providers, software licenses, and technology cost optimization.
