- **Reporting To:** IT Infrastructure Manager / Group IT Head
Role Overview
The role is responsible for the end-to-end management, optimization, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure across business units.
The position ensures high availability, security, and performance of systems, including Microsoft 365, Intune, networking, firewalls, servers, CCTV, and endpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Handle user lifecycle management, licensing, and email security
- Manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, patching, and deployment
- Support and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Configure and manage enterprise firewalls (Fortinet preferred)
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, including AD, DNS, and DHCP
- Manage backup solutions, disaster recovery, and virtualization platforms
- Maintain CCTV systems and ensure system uptime
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and manage major incidents
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and compliance standards
- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and system records
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure support
- Prior experience in an enterprise environment is preferred
- Pay: AED1.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
