About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute instrumentation engineering design for field instrumentation, DCS, SCADA, ICS, Fire and Gas, SIS, and Telecommunications systems
- Prepare data sheets, cause and effect diagrams, logic verifications, and input to interdepartmental interfaces
- Ensure design is carried out per industry standard practices and quality management system
- Coordinate with project and client
- Assist in preparation of project proposals and pre qualification documents
- Identify issues impeding project progress and report to Project Managers and Discipline Heads
- Assimilate evolution of new products and technology, update on latest international standards
- Identify new methodology for higher productivity
- Prepare Construction work packs
- Perform TBE, VDR and follow up engineering activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas industry
- Minimum 5 years in similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- Fully coherent in all international codes and standards
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Working hands on experience on SPI
- Working knowledge of electrical discipline relevant offshore/onshore oil and gas industry codes, specifications and practices
- Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage

Job Objective
- Creating and implementing advanced instrumentation systems for industrial processes
- Enhancing system performance and efficiency through automation and control strategies
- Ensuring all instrumentation adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain seamless operations
- Leading instrumentation projects, coordinating with teams, and managing budgets
- Researching and integrating new technologies to improve system capabilities
Responsibilities

- SPI knowledge/experience mandatory in Index, I/O List, Data sheets and Loop drawing
- Offshore design experience and RLE FPSO experience mandatory

- Co ordination with Project and client
- Assisting in preparation of project proposals and pre qualification documents
