Responsibilities
- Participate in implementing work plans and projects/initiatives of the section in coordination with relevant organizational units.
- Implement requirements for applying institutional and individual excellence models such as EFQM and Dubai Government Excellence Model.
- Implement requirements for activating the suggestions, complaints, and feedback management system from employees and customers.
- Coordinate and follow up on the application of administrative systems and quality specifications (ISO) in specialized work areas.
- Monitor non conformities resulting from quality management systems and suggest corrective actions.
- Provide specialized technical support to organizational units for participation in local, regional, and international awards.
- Conduct surveys and periodic questionnaires to measure employee and customer happiness.
- Coordinate and follow up on the implementation of workshops, training programs, and specialized meetings for employees in institutional excellence.
- Monitor the performance of work teams and committees, and prepare periodic reports on their compliance.
- Participate in benchmarking processes with local and international institutions.
- Update and develop the database of best practices within the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Sciences, or related field
- 3 years of experience for Bachelor's holders (or equivalent) in similar fields
- Professional certifications such as EFQM Assessor Certificate or Excellence Award Assessor
- UAE nationality required

Job Description
- Contribute effectively to enabling the department to implement all requirements related to government excellence standards and approved excellence standards at the institutional and individual levels.
- Support organizational units in achieving the highest levels of compliance with local and international standards and specifications.
- Organize workshops and meetings aimed at spreading and enhancing the culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the department.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Participate effectively in implementing work plans and projects/initiatives of the section according to implementation stages in coordination with relevant organizational units.
- Implement requirements for applying institutional and individual excellence models in all their axes and standards such as EFQM, Dubai Government Excellence Model.
- Implement requirements for activating the suggestions, complaints, and feedback management system from employees and customers, and analyze data from system reports.
- Coordinate and follow up on the application of administrative systems and quality specifications (ISO) in specialized work areas, and coordinate the development of related documents and operational forms.
- Monitor non conformities resulting from quality management systems and suggest appropriate corrective actions to achieve compliance and continuous improvement.
- Follow up and implement closure of non conformities based on internal and external audit reports within the scope of job competence.
- Provide specialized technical support to organizational units to apply for local, regional, and international awards, and coordinate the preparation of distinguished nomination files.
- Conduct surveys and periodic questionnaires to measure employee and customer happiness in coordination with relevant organizational units.
- Coordinate and follow up on the implementation of workshops, training programs, and specialized meetings for department employees in institutional excellence and leadership.
- Monitor the performance of work teams and committees, and prepare periodic reports on their compliance with institutional procedures and achievement of goals.
- Coordinate and participate in benchmarking processes with local and international institutions.
- Participate in reviewing and analyzing results of feedback reports from excellence programs and opinion surveys, and implement improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Sciences, or related fields.
- For Master's in similar fields: 3 years of experience for Bachelor's holders or equivalent.
- Professional certifications in the field, such as EFQM Assessor Certificate, Excellence Award Assessor.
