- Study real estate market prices and prepare reports on property prices in different areas
- Review reports related to real estate market changes concerning new properties and those adjacent to existing properties
- Report on compliance with annual inspection plan, completed phase, and monthly results through field visits
- Review best practices related to initiatives provided to tenants through field visits
- Provide data related to new real estate projects through inspections, field visits, and surveys
- Participate in preparing and implementing field monitoring program to ensure actual occupancy complies with contractual terms
- Conduct regular meetings with maintenance service companies to ensure highest level of service for tenants
- Monitor implementation of cleaning and security services periodically according to building requirements
- Implement recommendations aimed at increasing tenant satisfaction and happiness
- Contribute to strengthening real estate consultancy through field visits to review market conditions
- Conduct field visits to properties to ensure readiness for operational phase and submit deficiency reports
- Follow up on installation of corporate identity across endowment buildings and assign serial numbers

- Diploma certificate requires 2 years of experience in the field of inspection
- High school certificate requires 5 years of experience in the field of inspection

- Report on the level of compliance with the annual inspection plan, the completed phase, and the monthly results achieved through field visits.
- Review best practices related to initiatives provided to tenants through field visits.
- Provide data related to new real estate projects through inspections, field visits, and surveys.
- Participate in preparing and implementing the field monitoring program according to the scope of work to ensure that actual occupancy complies with the agreed contractual terms.
- Conduct regular meetings with companies providing maintenance services for properties to ensure the highest level of service for tenants.
- Monitor the implementation of cleaning and security services periodically according to building requirements and types.
- Implement recommendations aimed at increasing tenant satisfaction and happiness.
- Contribute to strengthening real estate consultancy through field visits to review real estate market conditions.
- Conduct field visits to properties to ensure readiness for the operational phase and submit reports on deficiencies according to the assigned responsibilities.
- Follow up on the installation of the corporate identity across all endowment (Waqf) buildings entering the operational phase by installing the approved signage on each property and assigning it a serial number.
Qualifications
- Diploma certificate requires 2 years of experience in the field of inspection.
- High school certificate requires 5 years of experience in the field of inspection.
