- Receiving and processing requests for endowment, wills, and estates of those who have no heirs, according to approved procedures.
- Inserting endowment and will data in electronic and approved records as requested.
- Updating the data of endowments, including the endowment assets, its conditions, and the data of the endowment administrator, according to the documents.
- Following up on the processes of inventorying, registering, and deleting estates of those who have no heirs, in coordination with the courts and relevant authorities.
- Contributing to updating records such as the endowment record, the wills record, and the estates record of those who have no heirs.
- Planning with relevant judicial and governmental bodies regarding endowment, will, and estate transactions.
- Providing information and responding to inquiries from clients regarding endowment and will services within the scope of expertise.
- Starting the procedures for disbursing the proceeds of the endowment according to the plans authorized for the beneficiaries.
- Preparing periodic reports related to endowment, wills, and estate services.
- Prepare a draft attestation for the client's application.
- Prepare memoranda for presentation to the judge and forward them to the Legal Affairs Office along with the draft attestation and follow up on their recommendations.
- Submit and follow up on court-approved requirements to the assigned judge.
- Adhere to information security policies and procedures.
- Support approved standards systems, including risk management and business continuity.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in law, Sharia, Business Administration, or equivalent.
