About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement plans to upgrade IT infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements to ensure compliance with government standards
- Implement technical support procedures for infrastructure, core databases, applications, and email in accordance with cybersecurity guidelines
- Ensure highest levels of security for core infrastructure components, systems, and electronic applications
- Design and implement backup procedures for IT systems, software, and applications
- Maintain original source code for all software and programs developed internally and externally, along with user manuals
- Execute all phases of testing, implementing, and activating databases, software, and smart applications according to change management procedures
- Monitor performance of software, smart applications, and infrastructure components, improve performance and capacity, and manage database users
- Implement procedures for preparing and tracking purchase requests related to technical equipment
- Implement procedures to prepare for audit requirements and excellence awards
- Monitor implementation of projects by external companies related to databases, applications, servers, and firewalls
- Contribute to preparation of financial budgets for databases, applications, servers, and firewalls
- Supervise and monitor compliance of external parties and maintenance companies related to IaaS services

Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement plans to upgrade the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements to ensure compliance with government standards.
- Implement technical support procedures for the infrastructure, core databases, applications, and email, in accordance with cybersecurity guidelines, and for IT servers, systems, and firewalls.
- Ensure the highest levels of security for the availability of core infrastructure components, systems, and electronic applications, including email servers, data storage and backup equipment, databases, file servers, and all servers on cloud computing platforms, etc.
- Design and implement backup procedures for IT systems, software, and applications.
- Maintaining the original source code for all software and programs developed internally and externally within the organization, along with their user manuals, and ensuring the application of cybersecurity standards in the development of electronic systems.
- Executing all phases of testing, implementing, and activating databases, software, and smart applications according to change management procedures, guaranteeing the highest level of availability and uninterrupted service.
- Monitoring the performance of software, smart applications, and infrastructure components, improving their performance and capacity, and managing database users, and submitting periodic reports.
- Implementing procedures for preparing and tracking purchase requests related to technical equipment for databases, IT applications, and their firewalls.
- Implementing procedures to prepare for audit requirements and excellence awards in the field.
- Monitoring the implementation of projects by external companies related to databases, applications, servers, and their firewalls.
- Contributing to the preparation of financial budgets for databases, applications, servers, their systems, and firewalls.
- Supervising and monitoring the compliance of external parties and maintenance companies related to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) services.
Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
