Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer or Network Ops Lead for a critical, large-scale environment in Doha.
The role combines network security, routing, cloud networking, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and manage Azure and GCP cloud networking, including VNets, VPCs, NSGs, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point enterprise firewalls.
- Manage F5 load balancers and application delivery.
- Own hybrid connectivity using ExpressRoute, site-to-site VPNs, and private or public endpoints.
- Manage BGP, OSPF, and multi-cloud interconnects involving Azure, OCI, and GCP.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 8 years of hands-on Azure and GCP networking experience.
- Strong applied experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point firewalls.
- Hands-on F5 load balancer experience and solid BGP/OSPF routing fundamentals.
- OCI, VCN, or FastConnect experience is a bonus.
