Role Overview
The Registration Analyst supports e-invoicing registration and onboarding as part of a national digital transformation initiative.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Process and validate e-invoicing registration and onboarding requests.
- Keep registration records aligned between the e-invoicing register and taxpayer filing platform.
- Coordinate cases across operations, policy, and technical teams.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Prepare clear taxpayer-facing guidance and frequently asked questions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Law, Taxation, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in taxpayer registration, onboarding, or related operations in government or public-sector environments is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
