Role Overview
Simplix is seeking an experienced bilingual Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant to join its team in Qatar.
The consultant will take ownership of CRM solutions from configuration through end-user support.
What You Will Do
- Own D365 Customer Engagement functionality across Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and translate business needs into solutions.
- Prepare BRDs, SSDs, and process documentation.
- Support internal and external users through phone, walk-in, and ticketed support under SLA.
- Deliver user training, build Power BI dashboards, and report directly to the Project Manager.
What We Are Looking For
- Bilingual Arabic and English proficiency, with native Arabic.
- Three to five years of hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and configuration experience.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Hands-on D365 Field Service experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with .NET is a bonus.

- The role is based in Qatar.
