Role Overview
Simplix is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a corporate banking transformation team in Doha.
The role covers requirements gathering, UAT, and Agile delivery across corporate banking products.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with cash management, payments, trade finance, liquidity, and virtual accounts.
- Strong BRD, FSD, user story authorship, and requirements traceability skills.
- SWIFT MT/MX knowledge and core banking platform exposure.
- UAT/SIT leadership from test planning through defect resolution and sign-off.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience and Oracle SQL proficiency.
Preferred Skills
- JIRA experience is a strong plus.
- CSPO or an equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
- Digital or mobile banking migration experience is beneficial.
- Prior core banking implementation exposure, including Finastra or Flexcube, is beneficial.
- Being based in Qatar is a nice-to-have qualification.
Location
- The role is based in Doha, Qatar.
Availability
- Candidates must be available to join immediately, within one week.
Responsibilities
- Support corporate banking transformation activities as a Business Analyst.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Author BRDs, FSDs, and user stories and maintain requirements traceability.
- Lead UAT and SIT activities from test planning through defect resolution and sign-off.
- Work with corporate banking products including cash management, payments, trade finance, liquidity, and virtual accounts.
- Apply SWIFT MT/MX messaging knowledge and core banking platform experience to analysis and delivery.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery across the transformation team.
