- Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct time studies, motion studies, and productivity analysis.
- Optimize manpower utilization, production layout, and material flow.
- Support production planning and capacity analysis activities.
- Prepare SOPs, workflow charts, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and engineering teams.
- Monitor KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, downtime, and operational performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
- Support automation and industrialization projects within manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures.
- Participate in factory improvement and expansion projects.
