Overall Objective

  • Contribute to identifying training needs of department employees by surveying and collecting data in coordination with organizational units, implementing the training plan according to authorities, measuring training impact for targeted programs, and following up on all individual performance manage

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Participate in preparing the annual training plan and estimated training budget according to department directions and target performance indicators.
  • Survey and collect data for the annual training plan in coordination with organizational units, linking with strategic objectives and indicators.
  • Implement the annual training plan including communication with specialized training and consulting institutions.
  • Study training offers from providers to select best offers according to approved criteria and submit recommendations.
  • Measure training impact for targeted programs to ensure achievement of training objectives with best quality standards and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in analyzing training impact results and develop necessary improvement and corrective procedures.
  • Execute all individual performance management processes for employees according to approved procedures and systems.
  • Implement leadership development, study abroad, and professional qualification programs according to approved plans.
  • Implement summer and practical training programs for school and university students according to policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate, organize, and conduct awareness workshops for policies and procedures within the job scope.
  • Archive and document all training programs, workshops, individual performance evaluation results, and update related data on approved systems.
  • Prepare, update, and review processes, forms, and procedures related to the unit's work areas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience for Bachelor's degree holders; 0 years for Master's degree holders.
  • Professional certifications in the field are preferred.
