About the Role
BD SELECT is seeking a Senior Human Resources Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for growing teams in the UAE. This remote role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, managing ATS, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour law.

Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end recruitment process — from intake and job briefing through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding handover.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build accurate job descriptions, and agree on realistic hiring timelines.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent pools, and direct headhunting.
- Screen and shortlist candidates through CV review, structured phone screens, and competency based interviews.
- Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — keeping pipelines, candidate records, and status updates accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather structured feedback, and keep candidates and stakeholders informed at every stage.
- Prepare, negotiate, and extend competitive offers in line with UAE market benchmarks and internal pay bands.
- Ensure recruitment activity complies with UAE labour law and visa/work permit requirements.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time to fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.
- Build and nurture long term talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
- Champion a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within the UAE
- Proven track record managing the full recruitment cycle end to end
- Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters, or similar)
- Fluent English — excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct headhunting
- Solid understanding of UAE labour law, visa processes, and the local talent market
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Required Qualifications & Experience
- UAE experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within the UAE.
- Full cycle recruitment: Proven track record managing the full recruitment cycle end to end, ideally across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- ATS proficiency: Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, Bullhorn, SmartRecruiters, or similar).
- Language: Fluent English — excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Sourcing: Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and direct headhunting.
- Market knowledge: Solid understanding of UAE labour law, visa processes, and the local talent market.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting across the wider GCC region.
- Arabic language skills (spoken and/or written).
- HR or recruitment certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, AIRS/LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
- Experience recruiting in a fast paced, high growth, or agency environment.
