- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the food service business in Saudi Arabia
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new key food service customers
- Expand business with existing customers to maximize revenue and market presence
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with distributors and strategic customers
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
- Manage joint business plans and performance reviews with distributors and major clients
- Present the company's products and solutions effectively, highlighting value and competitive advantages
- Support product launches and promotional activities in coordination with internal teams
- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize agreements in line with company pricing and margin targets
- Ensure contracts, terms, and conditions comply with company policies
- Use CRM and sales tracking systems to manage pipeline, activities, and forecasts
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the food service or food industry mandatory
- Mandatory experience in the Saudi Arabian market
- Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, and distributor management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and sustain high level customer and distributor relationships
- Commercial mindset with strong problem solving abilities
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting ambitious sales targets
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking systems
- Solid understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture and regional food service dynamics
- Based in Dubai initially with frequent travel to Saudi Arabia
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required

Role Summary
