About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth joining experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment related documentation
- Monitor employee probation periods and contract renewals
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR related inquiries
- Support managers in handling employee relations matters
- Coordinate the annual performance appraisal process
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Prepare monthly HR reports for payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Experience using HRIS or ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to support and manage day to day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
- The ideal candidate will have solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and UAE Labour Law.
- The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with managers and employees to ensure efficient HR service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Maintain recruitment records and recruitment reports.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment related documentation.
- Monitor employee probation periods and contract renewals.
- Ensure all employee files are complete and up to date.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR related inquiries.
- Support managers in handling employee relations matters.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Promote a positive and engaging work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
- Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience using HRIS or ERP systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (CHRP, CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
