- Lead planning and initial site set up and production of HSSE plans
- Develop standard operating procedures for HSSE of the program
- Coordinate with other delivery partners (Jacobs and Mace), QIC, and contractors
- Plan and implement HSSE strategies and approaches in accordance with approved HSSE plan
- Lead implementation of advanced principles, theories, and concepts in HSSE
- Contribute to development of innovative principles and ideas in HSSE
- Lead on unusually complex HSSE problems and provide creative solutions
- Facilitate partnerships with key stakeholders
- Assign work to employees, oversee completion, and conduct performance evaluations
- Prepare needed reports
- Ensure adherence to corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction projects, specifically health, safety, security and environment
- Experience in Saudi Arabia is advantageous
- OSHA Certified is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated teamwork and management skills
- Proven experience in complex construction environment
- Ability to interact with senior level management
- Strong Contractor Management skills

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Health and Safety Manager to join the Logistics team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead planning and initial site set up and production of HSSE plans.

What Required Skills You'll Bring
