Role Overview
The Senior HSE Manager leads health, safety, and environmental performance across major social infrastructure programs.
The role strengthens safe operations, drives compliance, and promotes a proactive safety culture across complex construction environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead HSE strategy and compliance across major social infrastructure programs.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safe operations.
- Develop and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and incident prevention plans.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve safety issues and improve performance.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and prepare HSE reports for senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, safety, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of HSE leadership experience on large infrastructure projects, including large mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Proven experience leading audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Experience interfacing with senior project leadership, client representatives, regulators, and executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Enablon, Intelex, EcoOnline, or advanced Excel-based incident and audit reporting is a plus.
- A professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is preferred.
