- Audit the project or program and its worksites against corporate standards.
- Inspect worksites to detect hazards and provide expertise to eliminate/control risks.
- Create and submit written audit and inspection reports.
- Monitor work planning and performance to ensure conformance with ESHARP management system.
- Implement occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
- Perform trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports.
- Assist with new hire orientation and perform regulatory SH&E training.
- Create and maintain SH&E training records.
- Participate in routine safe work briefings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of related work experience in Health and Safety
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified 30 Hours OSHA construction training/license

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Inspector (Saudi National) to join the site based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, including parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assists the project or program manager with administering the SH&E programs.
- Audits the project or program and its worksites against corporate standards.
- Inspects worksites to detect hazards; provides expertise to project personnel to eliminate/control the SH&E risks.
- Creates and submits written audit and inspection reports.
- Monitors project or program work planning and performance; verifies conformance to ESHARP management system.
- Implements Parsons’ occupational injury and incident reporting and management processes.
- Performs trends analyses on audit findings, inspection findings, and incident reports.
- Assists the project or program manager with new hire orientation.
- Performs regulatory and best practice SH&E training.
- Creates and maintains SH&E training records.
- Participates in routine safe work briefings.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified 30 Hours OSHA construction training/license.
