- Maintain and update HR trackers (leave, onboarding, training, allowances – non sensitive data only)
- Support in organizing employee documentation (filing, tracking, formatting templates)
- Assist in preparing standard HR letters and documents (non confidential)
- Support onboarding preparation (welcome packs, coordination of first day logistics, scheduling sessions)
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials and presentations
- Help ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders (IT, Admin, etc.)
- Support organization of internal events (e.g., trainings, team activities, D&I initiatives)
- Assist in creating communication emails, surveys, and invitations
- Track participation and prepare simple reports or summaries
- Assist in updating process documents and templates
- Support HR projects (automation, surveys, data organization)
- Help test and improve tools (e.g., forms, trackers, workflows)
Requirements
- 3 7 years of HR experience
- Experience in HR administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR projects
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data consolidation
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Role Overview
- The Senior HR Specialist / HRBP will support the HR Department in day to day operations and coordination activities across the organization, focusing on administrative, organizational, and non confidential HR tasks.
- This role provides exposure to HR operations within an international business environment while contributing to improving efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration & Coordination: Maintain and update HR trackers (leave, onboarding, training, allowances – non sensitive data only); Support in organizing employee documentation (filing, tracking, formatting templates); Assist in preparing standard HR letters and documents (non confidential).
- Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support onboarding preparation (welcome packs, coordination of first day logistics, scheduling sessions); Assist in preparing onboarding materials and presentations; Help ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders (IT, Admin, etc.).
