Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management to support business growth and organizational development
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
- Lead initiatives to improve HR processes, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on complex employee relations matters and organizational challenges
- Manage and oversee grievance handling, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution
- Ensure the organization's HR practices align with the requirements of applicable labor legislation, particularly UAE employment laws
- Design and implement systems that protect and safeguard employee welfare while maintaining organizational standards
- Conduct periodic audits of HR policies, employment contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation
- Develop and strengthen performance management systems, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Advise leadership on organizational restructuring, change management, and strategic workforce decisions
- Mentor and guide the HR team, promoting professionalism, consistency, and high ethical standards
- Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders on employment related matters when required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to senior HR leadership roles
- Demonstrated expertise in UAE Labor Law, employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and policy formulation
- Proven track record of developing and strengthening HR functions within growing organizations
- Extensive experience in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives and organizational growth plans
- Strong background in designing and implementing HR systems, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, coaching, and decision making skills

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree and/or professional HR certifications will be an advantage.
- Minimum 20 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to senior HR leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in UAE Labor Law, employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and policy formulation.
- Proven track record of developing and strengthening HR functions within growing organizations.
- Extensive experience in aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Strong background in designing and implementing HR systems, controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, coaching, and decision making skills.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and emotional maturity.
- Ability to maintain firm and consistent standards while balancing employee welfare and organizational interests.
- Experience working across multicultural environments and diverse workforces.
