Job Summary

  • The Medical Personal Caregiver is responsible for providing confidential, professional healthcare support to the CEO while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well being.
  • The role includes assisting with daily health needs, coordinating medical appointments, administering medications, monitoring health status, and accompanying the CEO during travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, blood sugar, oxygen saturation, etc.).
  • Administer medications as prescribed (subject to professional licensing and local regulations).
  • Assist with mobility and personal care if required.
  • Coordinate appointments with physicians, specialists, and therapists.
  • Maintain confidential medical records and reports.
  • Respond promptly to medical emergencies and administer first aid/CPR.
  • Accompany the CEO during domestic and international travel.
  • Prepare medical kits and ensure medication availability during travel.
  • Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
  • Assist in maintaining a healthy diet and hydration schedule.
  • Support wellness routines including exercise, rehabilitation, and stress management.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality regarding all personal and medical information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid.
  • 3–5 years of experience in private caregiving, executive healthcare, or hospital nursing.
  • Experience caring for high profile individuals is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Physically fit and able to travel extensively.
