Job Description
- Lead and manage all HR operations including employee lifecycle, HR administration, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Oversee visa processing, labor compliance, HR systems, government relations, and policy implementation.
- Drive employee engagement, learning & development, succession planning, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Manage HR team performance using HRIS and HR software, while partnering with leadership to build a high-performing HR function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 8 years of strong experience managing end-to-end HR operations, 3 years of which as an HR Lead or Manager.
- Must be highly organized, energetic, proactive, smart, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
