Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior HR/ HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within our construction operations.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll administration, employee relations, insurance and WCI claim management, PRO coordination, and labor accommodation administration.
  • The candidate should be capable of handling a large workforce and ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, orientation, transfers, and separations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE Labor Law.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salaries, overtime, leave salary, gratuity, and final settlements.
  • Verify attendance records and payroll related reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee medical insurance policies and renewals.
  • Coordinate and process Workmen's Compensation Insurance (WCI) claims.
  • Liaise with insurance providers, hospitals, and relevant authorities regarding employee injury cases.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID applications, renewals, cancellations, and other government related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with MOHRE, GDRFA, and other UAE regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6–7 years of UAE HR experience in the Building Construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Experience handling medical insurance and WCI claims.
  • Experience coordinating with PROs and government departments.
  • Experience managing labor accommodations and blue collar workforce.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 5,000.00 AED 7,000.00 per month
