Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and results driven HR Recruiter to manage end to end recruitment activities for both blue collar and white collar positions within our construction operations.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in local UAE hiring, overseas recruitment from India for blue collar workers, agency coordination, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Handle recruitment for both blue collar and white collar positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
  • Handle local recruitment within the UAE for skilled and unskilled construction workers.
  • Manage overseas recruitment from India and other approved sourcing countries.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies for sourcing, screening, and mobilization of blue collar manpower.
  • Conduct trade tests and candidate evaluations where required.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements for projects and operations.
  • Coordinate documentation, offer issuance, visa processing, and onboarding of selected candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of UAE recruitment experience, preferably in the Building Construction industry.
  • Experience in hiring both blue collar and white collar employees.
  • Experience coordinating overseas recruitment, particularly from India.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment agencies, sourcing channels, and job portals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment management systems.
  • Strong experience with online job portals and recruitment sourcing tools.
  • Sound knowledge of the complete end to end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet recruitment targets.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED 2,000.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
