Job Summary

  • DNB Construction LLC is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage day to day HR operations with strong expertise in UAE Labour Law, PRO coordination, visa processing, payroll support, and employee relations.
  • The ideal candidate must have prior HR experience in Dubai and should be well versed in handling employee documentation, government related procedures, compliance requirements, and HR administration within the UAE.
  • Experience in the construction industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, labour contracts, Emirates ID processing, and coordinate with PROs and relevant government authorities.
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and statutory employment regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files accurately.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, and employee updates.
  • Prepare gratuity calculations, leave salary, final settlements, and end of service benefits in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, compensation, and employment documentation.
  • Assist management in disciplinary procedures, warning letters, terminations, and policy implementation.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee MIS, and management documentation as required.
  • Support compliance with labour regulations, health & safety requirements, and internal HR procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of HR experience in Dubai, UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, visa processing, labour contracts, and government compliance requirements.
  • Hands on experience in PRO coordination, payroll support, gratuity calculation, leave salary preparation, and employee documentation.
  • Prior experience in the building construction industry will be highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems, and payroll software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle HR matters professionally.

Pay

  • AED 4,500.00 AED 5,500.00 per month
