Senior HR Executive – Real Estate
We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior HR Executive to join our real estate team.
The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, experience in driving team performance, and the ability to manage daily office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support employees across departments
- Drive team performance and productivity
- Handle office management and administrative operations
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Maintain HR policies and workplace standards
- Coordinate with management for operational improvements
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
- Valid UAE Driving License required
- Must currently be located in the UAE
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours
Monday – Saturday \| 10 AM – 7 PM
