- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up activities
- Stay updated on Dubai communities, developers, and current market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market (Mandatory)
- Hands on experience in Off Plan and/or Secondary Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target driven with a proven sales mindset
- RERA Certification (Preferred)
- Dubai Driving Licence and own vehicle (Preferred)

Overview
- Prowin Properties is looking for ambitious and experienced Property Consultants to join our growing Sales Team.
- We are seeking professionals with proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, particularly in Off Plan and Secondary Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert buyer and investor leads.
- Handle both Off Plan and Secondary property sales across Dubai.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
