About the Role

- Recruit, train, coach, and continuously develop sales consultants

- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and product training sessions
- Monitor team performance, ensure KPI achievement, and implement strategies to improve productivity

- Minimum 2 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market
- Valid Dubai Driving Licence (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in off plan real estate sales
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a sales team

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly professional Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and grow a high performing sales team.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive Dubai real estate market knowledge, and a proven ability to drive sales, build teams, and consistently achieve targets.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Valid Dubai Driving Licence (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in off plan real estate sales with a strong understanding of the Dubai property market.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and develop a successful sales team.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self driven, proactive, and capable of leading by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
