Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced growth strategies to increase customer engagement and lifetime value
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi channel marketing campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications, and in app messages
- Develop and refine customer segmentation models for personalized marketing
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Data Analytics
- Stay up to date with industry trends and experiment with new channels and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in growth marketing, customer value management, or related role, preferably in tech startup or digital environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Firebase or WebEngage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strategy Development: Collaborate with CVM team to design and implement advanced growth strategies
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi channel marketing campaigns

What You Are
