Your Mission

  • Build and lead the BD function in Riyadh, drive new brand acquisition, feed market intelligence back to leadership, and represent the company across the Saudi market.
  • This role reports directly to the CEO.

What You'll Own Market Strategy & Brand Acquisition

  • Define and execute Koinz's brand acquisition strategy for Riyadh.
  • Lead cafe chain acquisition targeting multi branch chains.
  • Own the full BD cycle from first contact through to activated brand.
  • Develop and test value propositions specific to the Riyadh market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Riyadh's most influential F&B players.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, and lead a high performing BD team in Riyadh.
  • Establish the operating rhythm for the Riyadh BD function.
  • Coach and develop the team to close deals at volume without sacrificing brand quality.

Market Intelligence & Ground Presence

  • Serve as Koinz's primary point of presence in Riyadh.
  • Represent Koinz across the Saudi market at industry events.
  • Feed real time intelligence back to leadership.
  • Flag risks and opportunities early.

Cross functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Account Management team for clean handover.
  • Partner with Marketing on Riyadh specific campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the Cairo team on product feedback and operational support.

What You Are

  • 7–10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
  • Proven track record of building and leading BD teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabia market, specifically Riyadh.
  • Hunter mentality with strategic instinct.
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast moving environment.
  • F&B, retail, or loyalty platform background is a strong advantage.
