The opportunity
- Justlife is the GCC’s leading super app for home services. Over 15 million sessions delivered in 10+ cities across the GCC.
- We’re hiring our second Senior Growth Marketing Manager to co own growth alongside an existing peer.
- This is not a role for someone who wants to direct strategy from a deck. It’s a role for an operator who wants to build the growth engine.
What you’ll actually do
- You’ll co own demand generation across our priority markets. UAE and KSA first, then expansion.
- You’ll partner directly with the VP of Marketing, your peer Growth Marketing Manager, and the leaders of Business Development, Supply, Product, and Data.
What we’re looking for (must haves)
- 5+ years of hands on performance marketing ownership. You’ve personally executed campaigns in the last 12 months.
- Incrementality fluency. You’ve designed and run holdout tests, geo experiments, or user level lift studies.
- App first or marketplace experience. You understand install to repeat economics.
- AI in production. You’ve personally designed, built, or deployed an AI or automation system that materially improved a performance outcome.
Nice to have
- Scale up experience where you built systems, not just inherited them.
- GCC or emerging market growth experience.
- Built an MMM or advanced measurement system from scratch.
- Hands on with SQL or Python.
