Responsibilities
- Own the full growth funnel: awareness, acquisition, activation, retention, and referral for B2B customers
- Build and manage performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and targeted B2B channels
- Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, and business networks
- Create content and thought leadership: case studies, ROI calculators, category guides, and procurement insights
- Work with product and engineering teams to build growth loops into the product
- Own growth analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards, run experiments, and report on metrics
- Partner with commercial and category teams to align demand side acquisition with supply side assortment and pricing
Requirements
- 8 10 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or B2B marketing
- Proven track record of building demand generation from 0 to 1
- Deep understanding of B2B buying behavior
- Hands on with performance marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Experience with account based marketing (ABM) and enterprise customer acquisition
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in the GCC/MENA region is a strong plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and fast execution

- Experience in the GCC/MENA region is a strong plus.
