- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials, including digital and print assets, to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communication strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, direction, and support
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate
- Maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all marketing materials
- Work closely with printers, vendors, and other external partners to coordinate production
- Conduct design reviews and presentations to stakeholders, explaining design choices and iterating on designs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns
- Serve as a subject matter expert on design related topics, providing guidance and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 year(s) working experience, 3 year(s) relevant working experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts or Digital Media
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

Job Summary
- The Senior Graphic Designer leads in creating visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual materials, including digital and print assets, to support marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop creative concepts and translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the design process.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, direction, and support to help them develop their skills and contribute to project success.

Job Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques to produce high quality designs that align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Knowledge of current trends in graphic design, digital media, and marketing to develop innovative and engaging visual solutions that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively convey design concepts, receive feedback, and collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Project management abilities to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
