Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• -Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and print materials.
• -Create and maintain visual identities across multiple restaurant and hospitality brands.
• -Design social media posts, stories, advertisements, menus, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.
• -Collaborate with the Marketing, social media, and Brand teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs aligned with campaign objectives.
• -Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines, including typography, colors, imagery, and overall visual direction. -Take ownership of design projects from concept development through final delivery.
• -Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• -Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers when required
• -Stay up to date with current design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices.
• -Work closely with photographers, videographers, agencies, and other creative partners when required.
• -Review and enhance existing creative materials to ensure consistency and high-quality execution.
• Required Qualifications & Experience:
• -Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• - 4–6+ years of professional graphic design experience , preferably within F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands.
• -Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
