Role Overview
The Maintenance and Facilities Manager will ensure restaurants, offices, warehouses, and company facilities remain safe, functional, and aligned with operational, brand, safety, and regulatory standards.
The role leads maintenance operations, facilities management, department structure, AMC and vendor management, asset management, budgets, and emergency response.
Maintenance Operations
- Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across company locations.
- Prioritize requests, manage escalations, minimize downtime, and conduct regular site inspections.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules, maintain records, and implement permanent solutions for recurring breakdowns.
Technical Systems and Facilities
- Oversee kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, MEP, civil works, pest control, and other technical systems.
- Coordinate specialist support, landlords, and mall facility management teams.
- Maintain equipment records, warranties, service contracts, and maintenance history.
