Role Summary
Own the end-to-end operational performance of assigned brands and ensure commercial, operational, people, and guest-experience objectives are delivered.
Lead Area Management and restaurant teams while translating brand strategy into consistent restaurant-level execution.
Support brand growth, new openings, cross-functional initiatives, and the continuous improvement of operating standards.
Brand and Commercial Leadership
- Take full operational ownership of assigned brands and their restaurant portfolios.
- Translate brand strategy, positioning, and business objectives into operational priorities and execution plans.
- Own sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and controllable expenses at brand and restaurant level.
- Review P&Ls, identify improvement opportunities, and execute action plans for underperforming locations.
