About the Organization
Independent Food Company operates hospitality concepts including SALT, Somewhere, Parker's, Shalwa, and Public.
The organization is expanding across new and existing markets and is focused on maintaining strong talent quality during growth.
Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end hiring across operations and corporate functions.
Manage mass recruitment, urgent hiring, sourcing initiatives, recruitment events, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition on wider talent acquisition projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment from sourcing through offer stage for F&B and corporate roles across all levels.
- Manage high-volume recruitment for new store openings and seasonal hiring peaks.
- Run open day recruitment events and walk-in interview drives.
- Develop sourcing strategies through social media, employer branding, community partnerships, and campus partnerships.
- Build dashboards and report recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline conversion.
- Support strategic talent acquisition, employer branding, and process improvement projects.
