About the Role
Taktile is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for Team Decide to design the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows.
The role owns critical systems end to end and contributes to product decisions in collaboration with Product and Design.
What You'll Do
- Build and operate Python backend services on AWS using Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines handling production traffic.
- Use agentic AI tools in daily engineering work and contribute to initiatives such as MCP servers and agentic copilots.
- Address backend challenges involving latency, reliability, and scalability.
- Own architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and incident response for systems.
- Make architectural decisions and improve development tooling and processes.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with Product and Design.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- At least 2 years leading complex projects in a senior capacity.
- Deep expertise in React.
- Experience working with Design Systems for consistent product user experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
