Role Overview
Taktile is building a platform for creating, publishing, and executing AI-powered agents that automate complex financial services workflows.
The Agents team owns the agent execution runtime, tool orchestration, platform infrastructure, and conversational copilot experiences.
The engineer will build and ship production features across the backend agent stack and frontend copilot experiences.

About the role
Taktile is building a platform for creating, publishing, and executing AI-powered agents that automate complex financial services workflows.
The Agents team owns the agent execution runtime, tool orchestration, platform infrastructure, and conversational copilot experiences.
The engineer will build and ship production features across the backend agent stack and frontend copilot experiences.
Workplace
- Taktile operates as a hybrid company, with this role requiring at least three days per week from the Berlin HQ, London Office, or Iasi Hub.
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end AI agent platform features across Python and AWS serverless backend services and React and TypeScript frontend applications.
- Build conversational copilot features including streaming responses, rich in-chat interactions, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Improve agent execution, external tool integrations, and failure handling.
- Own delivery from scope definition through implementation, testing, release, and iteration based on usage and customer feedback.
- Review pull requests, improve test coverage and CI/CD, and contribute to reliability and engineering excellence.
