Key skills for this role
You will act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time
You translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations and become a subject-matter expert in the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for our customers
You will closely collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive level stakeholders as well as Taktile’s core users within customer teams
Identify new opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts and continuously gather feedback and insights to inform product development and iterate on delivery playbooks with our product and engineering teams
You have experience in implementing AI at scale in enterprise context
You have acquired domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.)
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and have a hands-on mentality
You have knowledge of APIs and know the basics of Python and SQL
Work on hard, meaningful problems with real-world impact.

About Your Employment. Taktile operates through regional entities worldwide. Depending on the location of this role, your employment or engagement will be with Taktile LLC (US), Taktile GmbH (Germany), Taktile Ltd (UK), or Taktile SRL (Romania).
