- TimeBack: Functions as a learning copilot integrated with existing applications, offering proactive student coaching.
- Athena: Employs AI generated videos and assessments to produce measurable academic results.
What You Will Be Doing
- Feature Development: Architecting and building new capabilities with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value.
- Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure features serve product objectives.
- Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing product stability through monitoring, performance optimization, and preemptive issue identification and resolution.
- Technical Design: Driving high stakes technical choices that directly affect user experience and product scalability.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Jumping between short lived projects or pursuing the latest hype driven technology fads.
- Supporting internal IT infrastructure or outsourced engagements lacking tangible user impact.
- Being trapped in perpetual meetings or managing tedious infrastructure complications.
Basic Requirements
- At least 1 year of full stack development experience, working on front and backend features.
- At least 2 years as the primary technical contributor for a SaaS product, driving strategic technical decisions.

Working with us
- This is a full time (40 hours per week), long term position.
- The position requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
- Compensation is $50 USD/hour, equating to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
- Payment period is weekly.
