Requirements
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field
- At least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees
- Experience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standards
- Experience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education
- Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people
- Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional setting

Role Overview
- You have shaped an ambitious academic vision in the past and taken full ownership of the results. What You Will Be Doing
- Developing academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational systems, and application architecture.
- Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results oriented.

Basic Requirements
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field

Compensation
- Full time (40 hours per week), long term position
- Independent contractor agreement with Crossover
- $200 USD/hour, equating to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year
- Payment period is weekly
