Job Description
- We are seeking an exceptional engineer who excels at taking ownership, driving strategic impact, and solving sophisticated technical problems.
- In this position, you will construct the product's most critical features while guiding its technical trajectory and safeguarding long term resilience and expansion.
- Your work will center on products revolutionizing education: TeachTap, TeachTales, TimeBack, and Athena.
What You Will Be Doing
- Feature Development: Architecting and building new capabilities with emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and sustained product value.
- Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to clarify requirements and guiding technical conversations to ensure features support product objectives.
- Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing and sustaining product reliability, optimizing performance, and preemptively detecting and addressing issues.

Basic Requirements

Compensation
- This is a full time (40 hours per week), long term position.
- The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
