We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Full Stack Developer
to join our Technology Department as part of our continued digital transformation and platform development initiatives.
The role is focused on designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications within an API-first architecture, supporting the organization’s CRM systems, lead management platforms, and integrated digital solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile platforms using an API-first approach, ensuring robust system design, data flow management, and integration across applications
- Build and optimize backend systems, frontend interfaces, and databases to deliver high-performance, secure, and responsive digital solutions
- Design and implement CRM systems, lead management platforms, and integrations with third-party services such as property portals, booking engines, and payment gateways
- Manage deployment processes, system monitoring, and production stability while troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues across applications
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Ensure system quality through testing, performance optimization, scalability improvements, and adherence to coding standards and security best practices
- Evaluate new technologies, maintain technical documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and knowledge sharing
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong experience building scalable web and mobile applications
- Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
